Came in Le Grand-Bornand to relax and have fun, this small hotel was good choice for doing it. It had a marvellous and beautiful location next to the centre of town and spa and jacuzzi.

Croissants were missing.

The food was fabulous. This lovely and picturesque hotel is set in an amazing area, close to Clusaz, the slopes, the town center, and the spa and jacuzzi. - the location is peaceful and ideal, within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. - the breakfast featured a huge variety of savory meals.

Would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back. Had great stay for 3 nights, the staff were exceptionally kind, location was fab close to many other villages. Enjoyed the well-appointed and reasonably large rooms. It met what was needed.

Big units with balconies

The location was excellent, right next to the town center and a big church. the room was well-appointed and beautifully maintained with modern, clean decor, a balcony, and a stunning view. I couldn't ask for more.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this lovely little and picturesque hotel in an amazing area. the location of the property was peaceful and ideal, not too far away from Joyere Ski Lift. the staff were very amiable and knew their area. the breakfast was savoury and frequently replenished.

the value for money was superb. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the excellent service and amenities offered. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the modern and clean decor in the rooms to the nice balcony with breathtaking views, it was evident that the hotel takes pride in creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience for its guests. Lastly, the location was ideal. It was a short walk to the center of the town, providing easy access to shops and restaurants, yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were exceptional.

We had a great stay in a comfortable and modern room close to the town centre with a beautiful view. the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a good selection of food including fresh fruit. We loved the Spa, it was an added bonus to the already great experience.

There was some noise pollution from a local event that disturbed our peace on one of the nights.

Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout our stay, from the modern and clean decor of the rooms to the well-maintained balcony that provided a lovely view. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Lastly, the location of this hotel was perfect, being just a short distance from the center of town, making it convenient for exploring the area.

All was perfect, no improvements needed.

the room was incredibly comfortable and offered a beautiful view from the balcony. the self-service breakfast was satisfying, with delicious fresh fruit and tasty brown bread. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of the egg boiling machine and the excellent coffee machine. Plus, the hotel staff went above and beyond by providing us with an electric adapter when we realized we had packed the wrong one. the ski bus pass included with our stay was a fantastic bonus, and the location was conveniently close to the town center but not too crowded. the outside spa was especially delightful, especially when surrounded by snow. the staff made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Cons: Nothing to mention ✨.

Convenient location close to the town center. Included ski bus pass. Delightful outside spa. Great restaurant and ski rental nearby.

This hotel was a great find! The value for money is excellent, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. I had a great time staying at this hotel. The spa facilities were amazing, and the exterior Jacuzzis were a must-try. It was clean and well-maintained, and the hotel facilities were modern and comfortable. The parking area was convenient, and the hotel location, in close proximity to the centre, was perfect for exploring the city. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable.

Absolutely nothing.

The breakfast selection had a good variety, including fresh fruit and a delicious bread. the best aspects of this hotel were the spa facilities, with a sauna, steam room, and outdoor jacuzzi. the location was also ideal, with a short walk to the village center and a free shuttle bus stopping right outside.

It was also difficult to get in and out of the town during this time.
